Psychotherapy is a mutual and evolutionary process for the client and the clinician. I bring to the process a strong belief in the possibility of change and recognition that therapy is an endeavor that is goal directed but not always clear. My job is to bring expertise in the form of insight, skill, experience and compassion to the change process. Regardless of the style of therapy, there is movement between what is now and what lies hopefully in the future.
Psychotherapy can be combined with hypnosis to increase effectiveness and reduce time spent to achieve therapy goals.
